Ashley started her career in Los Angeles in 2008, working as an editor and art direction assistant for the national publication 944 Magazine. From there, her skills grew in graphics and copy to custom web development, SEO, and Social Media at a number of startups in Denver, CO — eventually leading to managing entire digital departments at large, national agencies with big brands before starting Obtain.
Ashley, or “Ash,” has a passion for the balance between creative and analytical and loves helping purpose-driven businesses and organizations succeed. If you have a marketing question, Ash is happy to answer it.

Sheila brings 10+ years of customer service and administration experience to the team, working across multiple industries, including government. — Helping others has always been a passion of hers. Sheila is new to marketing but has an eye for photography and a way with words.
She loves that marketing has given her the freedom to share her creativity. She hopes to flourish in this industry and to help clients make an impact on their communities.
Sheila is bubbly, with a big personality, loves to laugh, cook, make charcuterie boards and bread, hang out with friends, and spend time with her husband (Austin) and daughter (Isabella).

Maggie describes herself as creative, resourceful, empathetic, and kind — and likes to think she’s the funniest in her family. 😆 Maggie is a wife and mother of 3 kiddos, and a huge advocate for fostering and adoption. Her passions include fitness, Disney, iced coffee, and all things true crime.

Arlene Payan is an experienced marketer with eight years in the industry, known for making words stick. Her approach is like chatting with a friend who happens to be a master at crafting memorable messages. From giving startups a cool edge to refreshing established brands and even elevating an L.A. noodle brand’s pun game, Arlene’s versatility and bold style shine through.
Outside of work, Arlene loves exploring life with her son, Logan. On the weekends, you can catch her with a cocktail, binge-watching a new series, or just out with her chocolate Lab, Cool Hand Luke. She’s passionate about fostering community engagement through strategic influencer partnerships and interactive content. In Arlene’s world, every word has the potential to make you think, laugh, and maybe even do a double-take.
